Just did some beautiful head shots for Amanda, Vogue's president, the other day. They turned out wonderfully and she was such a pleasure to work with.

We ultimately desired to add whimsy and abstraction to Vogue's theme of "Vs." and I'm quite pleased with the result. It was a great day (particularly lighting the text book on fire).

A long long time ago I was asked to photograph a dance event called Forgotten Styles 2 by a friend of mine named Kevin (he's the badass in yellow). Here are some snapshot shots and yes, obviously I wish I was as cool as that chick I featured heavily.

Andrew, my wonderful confidante, asked me to take a few portraits of him for his grandparents (very sweet). It was a great afternoon and so great to work on such a small pure project for a change. I thought this post might be a nice ease back into the routine.

Its been awhile but there's sooooo much to come. Ive got some photos from my first wedding that I'll release soon, I also have some great shots from a break dance competition I was asked to shoot at Alfies Nightclub and a spread being released in the coming weeks for Muse Magazine. There is also a few creative shoots in the works... but for now I leave you with the launch photo I took for Muse...

Man has it been a long day. This morning I finally got to dive directly into some fashion photography with some wonderful team members. The beautiful and fearless Nicole Emmett approached me with a request to shoot her last collection before she ran off to be fabulous somewhere other than Kingston. Agreeing was a no brainer lets just say that...

What I've come to realize is that trying to negotiate on models is really really easy when both of you just want the same person. Voila... Nicola (rhyming is a symptom of intense sleep deprivation... isn't it?)

At 6:20am this morning the troops rolled in for hair and makeup, and we wrapped the shoot by 9am and so began the editing binge. Nicole and I affectionately named it something along the lines of a seriously sophisticated walk of shame... but that girl's way too fierce to care who sees her.

Here you go folks, I think it's dreamy :)
